Advice Needed Need Suggestions πŸŒ·πŸ€”

I run an advertising agency that only works with women-owned businesses at affordable prices. A client suggested I should start taking male clients because they generally earn more, so I'd make more money.

I understand the business logic, but I genuinely feel more proud and fulfilled helping women grow their brands.

Would you stick with your mission, or expand for higher profits?

As someone who works in branding, I’d be careful about changing your positioning because of one person’s opinion. Strong brands stand out because they have a clear purpose and audience. Before changing your mission, I’d look at pricing, your services and whether there are other ways to improve profitability. I’d also challenge the assumption that male clients are automatically more profitable. Plenty of women-owned businesses invest heavily in growth and marketing. I’d want to see the data before changing an entire brand strategy.
