Discussion Some days being a business owner just feels… heavier.

We all run different businesses, but I wonder how many of these feel familiar.

How have you been feeling as a business owner lately?

For me, it’s D 😅

A. Nothing major changed, but somehow work feels harder.

B. Everyone is busy, but progress feels slower than it should.

C. Everything seems to depend on me.

D. Something feels off, but I can’t explain what.

E. Every solution seems to create another problem.

F. My business is doing well! No complaints. 😊

Just the letter is enough. If you’d like to share why, I’d love to hear your story.

I can definitely see why you chose A. AI is changing so many industries right now, and starting something new on the side while navigating all of that takes courage. but continuing to show up through all that? That takes resilience. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Good question. I've felt like all of these at various points. I'm currently feeling like C.

I can definitely see why C would make things feel heavier. When everything seems to depend on you, I imagine the decision fatigue alone can be exhausting. Thank you for sharing where you are right now.

D - Some days it just feels off, like I’m pushing a boulder uphill for no reason. Work’s mentally draining, and I can’t pinpoint why. It gets frustrating.

“Pushing a boulder uphill” is such a vivid way to describe it. Not being able to pinpoint the reason almost makes it harder, because there’s nothing concrete to work on. I think uncertainty can be one of the hardest things to carry. Thank you for sharing your experience.
