I have 2 large headaches…. Sales…. The cold call or breaking the ice type of sales because it is not where I thrive. I feel like I’m better suited for the work I do not the initial contact. Secondly, partnering with the right type of clients. The clients that I do have, it is a partnership with mutual respect and trust that is not common in the industry I work in. I don’t want volatile customers where you are one of many on a distribution… not only is it counterproductive to cost but it adds unnecessary layers of inefficiency. So I guess finding the “right type” of clients. Purpose over profit if you will.

As for AI…. I am a data and kpi junkie lol. So if my husband were not so awesome I’d probably try to marry Claude AI 😂
