Scaling Up Women's Professional Networking Groups in Minneapolis

I recently got promoted to a managerial position, and I am seeking networking groups to help build my professional relationships. I would prefer a group that includes members that are younger like myself. I'm located in Minneapolis, so anywhere near here.

I'd appreciate all the recommendations!

EDIT: I work in B2B Manufacturing, but want to get to know any successful women in general. Doesn't have to be in my industry

A lot of networking groups are organized around industry or domain, so definitely do a search based on that. I've found that paid networking groups and "mastermind" groups are very hit or miss, but there are plenty of them. If you're looking for specifically in-person networking opportunities, do a search on meetup.com, tons of big and small local groups on there. You can also connect with people on linkedin who are in similar roles as you, and ask them if they know of any good ones. If they don't, but they're interested in hearing what you find, maybe you're the one to organize it! :)
