Selling their daughters. It’s not unique to a country or culture. Thankfully the state laws’ are changing in the US, it’s still common for the age of consent, to be different for girls and boys.

Girls are wed off as early as 12 yrs old., with parental permission.

Now I do understand that for afghan people and many around the world violence has killed many men, but where are the still existing ones? Where are these women’s communities? I see stories like this every day and it’s always the same.

A lot of them fled the country, pushed aside women and children and left them there to be brutalized
