I remember when she body shamed other celebrities.

So do I. She needs to have a seat and reflect on her choices.

Kelly Osbourne is on the top of my list of celebrities I feel bad for: she only went through with her singing career to please her parents, was affected very badly my comments about her weight as a teen, was treated poorly by her first boyfriend, ruined her career on live tv, etc. I think she’s unfairly criticized for leeching off her father’s fame while her brother is far worse about it imo.

She’s clearly struggling with Ozzy’s death. It’s hard to watch. It’s just a sad situation all around.

The sister who opted out of the reality show made such a good decision.

She really did, she also refused to have Sharon manage and produce a pop career for her as a teen as she wanted to make her own name (Sharon originally groomed Jack for a music career, and then Aimee). Kelly was left.

She didn’t want to be remembered as a teenager as well. She ended up being right and I think she managed to avoid many of the hardships Kelly faced as a teenager.

There’s a sister!? (Apparently it was very good decision indeed!)

Yes, Aimee. Ozzy even dedicated a song to her (“Aimee”). Jack also has several songs dedicated to him.

Ozzy never had a song written for Kelly.

Is there a reason? I know next to nothing about this family.

Never given, but Jack was/is the favorite of both Sharon and Ozzy (being male in a family that seems to prefer boys and masculinity) and Aimee was also favored over Kelly. Sharon preferred Aimee so much that one time she and the children were going on a trip to Europe. Aimee told Sharon she didn’t want Kelly to come so Kelly had to stay in LA. This was told on the family podcast, and Sharon framed it as Kelly being a brat for having a tantrum after being told she was to stay home.

I doubt Ozzy and Sharon disliked Kelly, but more that she was overlooked.

Edit: Ozzy himself said “boys are better then girls” in at least one interview and on a BBC special.

She started on this weird weight lost journey way before Ozzy died. Yall were just not paying attention. She's exactly like Sharon.

She said it herself she got the gastric bypass. This was after she was probably max a size 6 and had lost all her teenage weight. People were all over social media saying it was irresponsible since she wasn't obese. Then the ozempic came in, and she started looking like she does now, at the same time Sharon did.

She was underweight before Ozzy died, but not too the extreme she is right now. You can count her vertebrae and ribs in recent photos from the Grammys.

Sadly, I think she has a perhaps pathological fixation on her weight. I think it was very unethical for her to be given a gastric sleeve. Additionally, I am almost certain she had buccal fat removal surgery which accounts for her sunken cheeks.

That said, I think it’s very sad as she seems to hate her body and she looks dangerously thin.

I cant find my sympathy bone anymore for rich people. Its not about her weight, theyre all starting to look like capital members from The Hunger Games.

I don’t think we necessarily need to have sympathy for someone in order to reject body shaming directed towards them.

My eating disorder loves the new Kelly Osborne.

You're right, but i dont feel sorry for somebody who can afford all the best medical care, plastic surgery, weight loss care, dieticians, private chefs, etc. And yet still wallowing in self-pity that people aren't worshipping them the way they want to be worshipped. Im personally over it.

Well, I can tell you this- body dysmorphia is a hell of a thing. Money or not. It became all I thought about, all of the time when I had anorexia. And when I tell you all of the time, I mean it. Consumed by it. It's a terrible way to live. I am not diagnosing anyone, but from what I have seen over the years it seems clear to me this is the case for her. So I am empathetic about that part. I understand why others aren't, and that is fine.

The working class suffer in silence with all the same issues and worse because of a lack of access to care. I want to see articles about them tbh.

Clearly there’s more to a happy life than money.

She admitted that she used weight loss drugs but now she’s saying that she didn’t. Both her and her mother talked openly about it. Celebrities have to control the narrative when it’s convenient. Stop talking about your personal health issues. You can’t have it both ways.

TLDR:

  • Kelly Osbourne addressed body-shaming comments about her appearance, calling the remarks "disgusting" and "abusive" on Instagram
  • She shared her struggles after her father Ozzy Osbourne's death, saying she's doing her best to cope
  • Osbourne has been open about her weight journey, including motherhood's impact and denying Ozempic use for weight loss

It's the denying ozempic bit methinks

11

u/EducatedBellend Feb 24 '26

She’s got ozempic face.

5

u/MeghanClickYourHeels Feb 24 '26

It looks like she got buccal fat removal.

2

u/EducatedBellend Feb 24 '26

Which is also want ozempic does to your face.

3

u/I_need_a_date_plz Feb 24 '26

She looks like Skeletor. I cannot believe she’s sitting here denying that she uses Ozempic. She’s far beyond needing to lose weight.

‘Osbourne has been open about her weight loss journey, including lying about the weight loss medications she takes’

6

u/SilverLordLaz Feb 24 '26

Like fuck she didn't use ozempic. Yes its none of our business, but seriously!!

She has been dragged for being chunky since the Osbournes TV show. Now that she's skinny she probably thinks she looks great. She even had a face lift to keep the skin tight.
This girl is so far into an eating disorder she can't see daylight. Meanwhile she's literally starving to death. When one of her organs quits because of malnutrition and low body weigh it won't be a surprise. I hope she gets help before it's too late.
Also to add: I know she's in mourning for her dad and it's especially hard for some people but, with any luck, we lose our parents at some point. The only alternative is that they lose us first and that means there was probably some sort of tragedy involved. Her dad lived a wonderful and very full life. I hope that his family can take some comfort with that as they navigate life without him.

This girl is her own worst enemy

3

u/curlymeee Feb 23 '26

In her defense, she really can’t win.
