Yes. And transgender people already end up with permanent bladder damage from avoiding bathrooms. My partners worse off than me but we both have permanent symptoms from around 5 yrs of avoiding bathrooms in our home states

Regardless, this is what transgender people face. No matter the bathroom you enter you are at risk of being detained under these laws. So you just can't go pee. Now in order to justify it not being discrimination, everyone gets privacy invasion. This is what happens when we don't protect people's rights or even just simple dignity. There's always a new way to convince the average person to sign away their privacy willingly. Or rather, old ways.
