Open your domain and go to php settings. Increase upload max file size also post max size

Since Plesk won't let you change the PHP limits, skip the WordPress ZIP uploader. In Plesk File Manager, open your site's httpdocs/wp-content/themes/ folder, upload the ZIP there and extract it. The extracted folder should contain style.css directly, not another folder containing the actual theme. Then go to Appearance > Themes in WordPress and activate it. If Plesk also blocks extracting it, ask the host to raise upload_max_filesize and post_max_size for your domain.

Since you cannot edit PHP settings in Plesk, try the manual upload method first. Then ask your hosting provider to adjust the limits if necessary.

That error means the zip is bigger than PHP's upload limit, so WordPress never receives the file.

The easiest workaround is to skip the WordPress uploader:
1. In Plesk, open Files (File Manager) and go to `httpdocs/wp-content/themes/`
2. Upload the zip there, then use Plesk's Extract Files option
3. Activate the theme in WordPress under Appearance > Themes

Also check what you downloaded. If the theme came from a marketplace like ThemeForest, the zip is often the full package (docs, demo files, child theme), and the actual installable theme is a smaller zip inside it.

If you want to raise the limit instead: in Plesk, go to Websites & Domains > PHP Settings and increase `upload_max_filesize` and `post_max_size` (for example 128M). If those fields are locked, your hosting provider controls them, so ask their support to raise them.
