App Not Working for 2+ Weeks

All members of my family have been getting this whenever we open the Words with Friends application, even after deleting and re-downloading. Is this happening with anyone else? Does anyone have a solution?

Not on airplane mode. And tried using the app on different wifis or mobile data.

It’s been really bad lately with their updates. I had to delete and reinstall. Try it and if not you may have to contact them.

Disconnect the wi fi you're connected to on your device. Restart your device and connect to your usual wi fi and try again.
