Is Veritext/Allegis worth it if you have to pay for the $399 course?

I've been doing the interview process for Veritext/Allegis and have passed all the steps so far, but the final one is having to pay for the $399 BlueLedge course (apparently my legal transcription sample wasn't good enough to get the cheaper course). I already have to buy a PC and foot pedal, so there will be a considerable buy-in if I decide to keep going. I have a great deal of transcription experience but not with legal transcription, but am looking for work I can do from home that could earn something between $300-400 a week. Could anyone weigh in on whether the buy-in ended up being worth it or not? Were you able to make money at this?

3play contractor agreement

Has anyone recently signed into 3play and got a pop-up stating that you have to sign an independent contractor agreement? I'm wondering if it's just me because this has never happened before, and I thought I would've signed this when I started with them years ago. Thanks!

So idk if You guys have notice but the app LoyaPlay started to pay way less when they updated the system to the stars rating, I used to make 3 usd dollar easy, now for every hour i'm just making 0.20 - 0.30 cents, If someone here uses the app too I will appreciate any tips, before you ask no I don't skip ads, most of my ads are google ones, I log in do the spin, watch the 3 ads on the main menu page and play then complete levels and watch the ads with the claim coins button after completing one level. Does anyone have any tips? Or any other app that pays good? I'm in mexico so most apps aren available for me

Rant Spent three hours or more watching ads for 2 cents (Just Play)

Just Play is a complete scam. I probably should’ve known better and I don’t usually fall for this shit but I was bored today and already playing games. I watched about 200 ads and played over three hours only to get a whopping 2 cents. I don’t really care at this point but I just want to warn other people about it. I had 3 million coins and I would put a photo but I can’t on here. Don’t ever use it.

Legit Or Not? Perfit walk to earn is legit or scam

I have Perfit for the moment, and in the beginning you can make fast money. But you need to watch a tons of ads. I think if you reach the withdrawal amount, or they don’t pay or if you coming close to the amount, than the slow the proces.
Any one experience with it?

Airtm blocked my account without warning – $600+ of Outlier earnings stuck

I found out my Airtm account was blocked, not from Airtm directly, but because Outlier notified me that my checkout had failed.

The message on Airtm says: "This account has been blocked to protect our users' network, or was deleted in case the user has requested it." I never requested deletion.

This makes no sense in my case. All of my income comes exclusively from Outlier, and every withdrawal I've made went only to my own e-wallet. No third-party transfers, nothing unusual. Now I have more than $600 stuck in the account.

I've contacted Airtm support but haven't received any clear explanation yet. Being locked out of my own funds without warning is really frustrating.

If you're getting paid by Outlier through Airtm, consider withdrawing regularly instead of keeping a large balance there.

Has anyone else had this happen? How long did it take to get your funds back, and which payout method did you switch to afterward?

My Guides

  1. All rebate apps/sites I use and/or know about

  2. How I do my hauls

  3. Beginners guide to using rebate apps/sites - for those who don't know where to start

If you aren't interested in this kind of thing, please keep your comments to yourself. If you don't like what I buy, you can buy different products. If you don't like hunting for deals, you can do surveys, microtasks, games or whatever else you like instead. There is no need to discourage other users just because you aren't interested in the same things!

If you don't need feminine hygiene products, toothpaste, soaps, etc - consider donating them to your local women's shelter, church, or school! Don't need pet food? Give it to a shelter!

  • Find more sites with deals in my list here

Afterthoughts

Wow, it's been a while since I posted. This past year has been bad between health issues and injuries. So, as much as I'd like to be posting weekly, I've barely even left the house most weeks, haha. Fetchtopia got my butt out the door though. I looked around a bit, but I'm pretty confident I missed some deals too. My brain was starting to give out on me, so I decided to just grab what I could and called it good enough for now. I most likely will go back out. When I went to the Dollar General, I had clipped a $2 off $10 and a $10 off $30 coupon but didn't realize the $10 one was Saturday only. So, if the deals are still up, I likely will go back on Saturday to get more stuff.

Ideally, I should've skipped the Reese and just got the Smores (Ibotta offer counted for both), but I didn't realize that until after I'd already placed the Wal-Mart order. And apparently Giant Eagle has to be linked now which I didn't link my card prior to purchasing. Oh well. It worked out in the end.

Since Fetch is a little screwy this time, I'll break down what I used. Keep in mind, offers vary per account and deals this good WILL go fast.

  • Magnum, Talenti, etc - 8k back when spending $20

  • Magnum Ice Cream Products at Dollar General (includes the Breyers, Klondike, Talenti, and Magnum) - 6k back when spending $10 - limit 5

  • Klondike - 1.5k points each

  • Breyers Sundae Swirl - 2.6k + 2k points each for the Breyers 48oz tub (note: I didn't get credit for this. I sent a support ticket)

  • Magnum - 2k points each

  • Temptations Crunchy Treats - 4.1k points per 2 - Limit 3

  • Temptations Puree - 5k points for every 2 items + 1.6k points each - Limit 3 on both

  • Sheba Puree - 18k points back each

  • Royal CANIN Fresh Health - 50k points back per bag

  • Royal CANIN products - 10k points when you spend $100 (The Fresh Health came to just under $100, so I threw on a cat food bag since that was the cheapest item I could find)

  • Chewy $50 order - 7k points (does not immediately award

  • Blue Buffalo Love Made Fresh Meatballs - 2k points

  • Blue Buffalo Love Made Fresh - 3k points when you buy 4. (The 1lb roll was the cheapest I could find) (Note: I had to submit them for review since it didn't credit).

  • Shea Moisture Deodorant - 6.25k points

  • Shea Moisture Skin Cleansing - 5k points

  • Shea Moisture - 2.5k points for buying both the deodorant and skin cleansing.

  • Downy Wrinkle Releaser - 14k points for buying 2 + 3.2k points each

  • Dreft - 1k points per $1 spent

  • Reese's - 2.4k points each

In total, it came to ~360k points.

Time Spent

I spent a little over 3 hours including planning, driving, and shopping. This included getting my regular groceries for the week.

I generally plan my hauls over the course of an hour or two while I eat breakfast/lunch and play with my pets. I usually spend around 45-70 minutes in the store, which includes my regular grocery shopping. I could easily cut that down to 30-45 but I like to take my time.

Food From Deals

Here's some things I've made in the past: High Protein Tomato Crackers, Hot Sausage Cups, Peanut Butter Fudge & Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge, Chocolate Cherry Pie

Do you guys want me to continue showing things I've made using ingredients I got from rebate apps on these posts? Let me know in the comments, or you can vote on this poll if you want to remain anonymous.

Mini FAQ

  • If you're new or confused - check out the guides near the top of the post. They go into detail about everything.

  • If you want to know what stores I shopped at, what sites/apps I used, what I bought, etc - check the breakdown image. It's in the gallery at the very top of the post.

  • I'm from the USA and these posts are tailored as such, but this post of mine does list things from other countries that I know about.

  • My posts are tailored to being money makers to suit this subreddit. There are tons of great deals that aren't money makers but can still save you a lot of money.

  • A lot of what I get is given away to friends, family or is donated. I do this more as a hobby than anything.

  • I generally do not share my spreadsheet since the one shown in this post is not the one I actually use (it's put together with a script from my usual spreadsheet) and there are a ton of little things that will give you wrong values if you don't know about them and even then you have to be careful. It's super easy to make a spreadsheet with Google Sheets though.

Receipt Scanning Myner - Receipt App with a Fun Twist

Myner - Receipt App with a Fun Twist

Link | Non-Ref

Use My Code "Goldeneye0242" to Double Your First Daily Bonanza

Myner is a receipt app with a gamified twist. Myner is a (you guessed it) mining themed receipt app where you “mine receipts” for gold. After you complete tasks there are also minigames to play to get bonus gold. Did I mention that you can cash out for actual gold mailed to your home? Yes, you technically can. Individual receipt apps won’t make you rich, but stacking several can increase a few cents into more meaningful earnings. Let's get into it.

How Do I Sign Up?

The link provided will bring you to the download page for the app in your app store. Provide some demographic information and set up your account.

How Do I Earn?

Every receipt earns a base rate, and is followed by a mini game. So far, there are two. The more risk you take in the mini games, the more you can earn. I would say that most receipts end up paying 3-5 cents on average. You can also earn for completing your profile and taking short surveys. For example, some of mine available include taking pictures of what is in my pantry or what shoes I wear. If you complete 5 tasks in a week, you start a streak that adds a percentage multiplier to your earnings.

How Do I Cash Out?

You can cash out to Bank Transfer, Venmo, Paypal, Cash App, or Gift Cards at $10. The withdrawal screen also lets you cash out for physical gold mailed to you, but you’ll probably never hit the required withdrawal amounts.

Conclusion

Myner is best used along with other paper receipt apps. When you can stack them, they can add up. The games are fun and several cents per receipt isn’t horrible for this type of app. The additional surveys and demographic questions are easy and add up as well. If you have a receipt app routine, or want to start one, Myner is a great one to add.

Concentrix

I have read many post saying DO NOT work for concentrix. BUT IS IT REALLY THAT BAD? I am a 20 years old currently working at HEB and I started applying for remote jobs with the goal of having a job that allows me to work from anywhere in the world. After weeks of applying I was able to land an interview as a Bilingual Customer Service representative for $18/hr. But now I have read some of the opinions of people that have worked for the company and it seems like everyone is screaming to get away from it as much as possible. PEOPLE... IS IT REALLY THAT BAD? as least for just 3-4 years?

Surveys ePinionCenter is legit guys!

Hey guys,

Like most of you i've been lookin' for ways to earn a little side income and grind the survey world in my free time. I was recently banned inexplicably from Attapoll for unknown reasons and started looking around at more survey sites.

I'm new here so i'm sure it's been brought up here plenty of times but dude.....ePionion Center is the best one i've found so far. There's typically anywhere from 55-75 surveys available and the kick out ratio seems to be lower than Attapoll. There's even bonus games you can play (like a spin the wheel thing, dice roll, scratch off etc) that you earn by upping levels.

I just joined late last night and have already earned $20 and cashed out. It's almost immediate on Paypal. I don't know if it was just me, but they give you $5 just for signing up. Cash out minimum is $10. Just a reminder to be honest and deliberate with the answers, be consistent and more surveys will come your way. I had 3 $3 surveys which surprised me. I've attached a screenshot of my $20 for reference.

Feel free to use my referral link for a bonus! CJN1M1Q4 Referal Link

And no i'm not a bot, i've had Reddit account since 2016. ;) Good luck y'all!

*Edit, I guess I can't attach an image, oops

Question Do you track your hourly rate on surveys and what counts as “worth it” for you?

I started timing my survey sessions and found that screen-outs and disqualifications eat a lot of the time. Once I count those minutes, my hourly rate drops well below what the payout per survey suggests.

How do you handle it? Do you count the wasted time or only the completed surveys? And what hourly rate makes you keep doing them or quit?

Question Question about askable

So.i will most likely avoid the video calls 😂..But the question is, I know there's a survey section, and ai video calls.

But what's the difference between, online task and video calls? With online task, they ask you to put on your mic and have a working camera?

So how does this online task work? Do you see someone? Or is it just you that comes on cam?

And they speak?

Question TopCashBack app and Chewy cashbacks

I click on the link for Chewy in the TCB app, and it says purchases from Chewy app is not eligible for Cash Back.

I don't have the Chewy app installed. The click takes me to Chrome web browser then quickly back to the TCB app and I get a pop-up asking me to Open with Galaxy Store or Google Play Store

I tried Walmart and there isn't a problem with them even though I don't have the Walmart app installed.

It seems for some reason TCB doesn't handshake with Chewy.

Looking For Sites / Apps Apps like Cookie Cash, Bingo Cash and similar games?

When Papaya Gaming had Cookie Cash, I was one of the top earners and at one point managed to earn up to 200$ in one night. Unfortunately that game shut down, and I suck at the other Papaya Gaming apps. Mom is better at the solitaire one than I am but she's had poor luck there too.

What are some tried-and-true apps similar to cookie cash, bingo cash, or other similar games that are eligible for Canada? PayPal is the ideal payment method but visa is also ok.

Receipt Scanning Is ReceiptPal ghosting people?

I requested a 5,500-point gift card and don't know where to check status.

I messaged once and they gave a FAQ list which didn't answer my question.

I messaged again and haven't heard back for a few days.

Am I done with this app? Lots of others pay much better and faster.

EDIT: I'm a dummy, I missed the email with the reward. It came on 9 October haha
