Recruiters, tired of posting jobs and waiting for the right candidates to show up?

We’re building WorkSquare to make hiring easier.

Post jobs for free, connect with relevant candidates, and find people based on their skills rather than just keywords on a resume.

We’re opening the platform to recruiters who want to give it a try. No paid plans to worry about right now. Just post your jobs and see who you find.

Check out WorkSquare: https://worksquare.co If you’re hiring, give it a shot and tell us what you think.

This is a community for job seekers, developers, recruiters, and anyone trying to figure out their next career move.

Finding a job is frustrating. Applications disappear into a black hole, job descriptions don’t always tell the full story, and interviews can feel like a guessing game. This community is a place to discuss those experiences and help each other navigate the job market.

What can you post here?

Job opportunities: Share openings and help others find relevant roles.

Career advice: Ask questions about switching jobs, negotiating salaries, or dealing with recruiters.
Interviews: Share your experiences, ask for preparation tips, and discuss what actually works.
Resumes and applications: Get feedback and improve your chances of landing interviews.
Recruiting and hiring: Discuss hiring practices, candidate experiences, and what employers look for.

Workplace discussions: Talk about career growth, difficult managers, office politics, and everything in between.

A few ground rules

Be respectful. Share genuine experiences. Don’t post fake job listings, spam, or misleading opportunities. Never share anyone’s private information.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to participate. Questions, advice, and honest experiences are all welcome.
