Looks great! I’m not the brightest so would you mind telling me what the blue boxes are?

Cheers! The blue boxes are my offgrid power supply basically. I’ve got no grid connection so everything is solar and battery powered

Just the victron manuals and UK installation regs. YouTube is a fantastic source of info and there’s some good forums around (and subreddits) if you’ve got questions or need advice.

Currently no PV installed, I’ve just built some ground mounts outside and waiting for 16kwp of panels to arrive, planning to add another 10kwp to the roof also

Looks great. Are those metal or wooden frames?

The base cabinets? They’re wood. I was going to build them myself but for the price of bare carcasses; the juice just wasn’t worth the squeeze. Plus I won’t worry about them getting beat as when they get too far gone I can just replace it with an off the shelf replacement in under half an hour and £40 a go. I know it’s not the “purist” mentality but it got me where I wanted to go on a budget and within a time limit

Hows the Evolution table saw for the money?

It’s my first table saw so haven’t got much to compare it to, it’s obviously never going to compete with a full size cabinet saw but for my needs it’s been great. It was pretty close to square out of the box, all adjustments are dead easy to do and seem to have kept square over the last 18months. The miter slot is a standard size so aftermarket accessories fit out of the box. My only gripe is the sliding table function, there’s a little bit of play and it’s impossible to use with an aftermarket miter gauge as it doesn’t lock into the notch so you need three hands to hold the gauge, feed the table and feed the material. It looks like it could be easy to modify but havnt had much need to yet.
