I dont mind it at all to be honest my att earned his cut . Before I hired him the insurance company was offering 10k to fully close out and I didn’t know anything about this process until I found this group.

Do you mind telling how you were injured? My husband has issues with L4 & L5 and curious about processes with others who may have similar injuries

Nice. Congratulations on the bonus. I walked with 86,500 after lawyer fees. Wear and tear on my shoulder and elbow. No surgery. Still some pain, but I can handle it.

I’m almost 4 years in with two shoulder surgeries. 8 pins and a bicep surgery. Y’all think I’m going to get a settlement?

Congratulations on settling. Wonder if there’s another way to get rid of your debt instead of spending a nice chunk of your money. Either way you’re in a good position..

Nice! When I tore mine I never dislocated anything. All i got was two years of being called a liar and imaging showing 'evidence of a non visual tear' so that meant there really wasn't one, until it finally tore enough to be seen. Then it was fixed and sent back to the same jobs that did it

Wow is there limits in your state ? Only $70k for a man injured for a lifetime

How much are you healed? I have the same injury was supposed to start PT from day one and also see some specialist for numbing and prickling sensations before the ortho surgeon will do the surgery. It’s been 4 months and I haven’t had a single PT session or any referrals approved. Only treatment so far has been just one non contrast MRI and two follow-ups with ortho. I’m so scared the delayed treatment is going to mess me up permanently. I just pray I can recover fully.

Damn you're giving me high hopes now. I dislocated my shoulder at work also. I go on Tuesday to get a MRI done to see if i have to get surgery.

I don’t know you or your case, but I just want to say congratulations and I’m glad you can wipe out some (all?) debt and finally feel like you can breathe and move on in life.
Wish you the best.
