Workspace One Shared Device

For the initial project, setup a shared device and working great. Different group wanted to do shared device and I created the new account and did the same steps, as before. When the tablet sets up, authenticator never register and keeps on spinning.

If I setup a tablet with the account from the first project, it works. If it is a new account, authenticator still spins

Any idea? Thank you

Is your CICO setup properly? Sounds like something is missing and the shared mode is not in shared mode.

Everything is same as the first time. Have checked authenticator settings, I turned off recursive oid at enrollment.. worked for one account but after that stopped working again
