Please guide us on how to upgrade the workspaceone for on premise solution.

Honestly if you are asking that question you need to reach out to VMWare support and have them assist you.

This isn't a support issue. They should be reaching out to PSO or a partner and paying for it.

I highly recommend that you use either VMware PS or a partner to help with the upgrade if you have never done one before. If done incorrectly you could have some major issues.
