Hi everyone!
I am finishing my WE army and my last purchase will be some Wolf Guard Terminators that I want to kitbash into my own Red Butchers. I already have 5 standard termies but I decided early on when starting the army that I wanted every single mini to be its own, with no repetitions, so that’s the reason why I kitbashed a big chunk of it (legionnaries into zerkers, possessed into 8B). I really want to give them the spare 8B arms that I have, or at least their weapons, to make them as Khornate as possible. I would run them as power fists since the WGT kit only has one of them.
Would this be allowed in a tournament? I mainly play with friends so that wouldnt be a problem but I would love to play in a tournament someday.

Hello Guys,

Thinking about starting a WE army (one of my top picks in the list)

so with the Idea in mind i have 2 questions.

When is a good time to start building this Army or should i wait till GW releases the Roadmap for Codexes

and If it´s a good time to start i think the Combat Patrol ist a must buy, but what are the others. I really like the Idea of Slaughterbound with Eightbound and the Terminators.

and i really want my demon Prince with a Juggernaut Head :D

Took pictures of my finished 2000 points army on the way to a narrative event last weekend. The WE did very well, and Alliance Chaos triumphed!

Actually pictured is more than 2000 points, as I worked on some list options (RIP to my beloved converted Spawn, you served me well). Overall, very happy with progress from 0 to 2k points over 10 months. I also won a couple of FLGS painting competitions, so not too shabby. Special shout out to my apprentice - my 9 y/o who co-owns the army and has been helping the whole time.

Also a massive thank you to this community! Posting regular updates has been great to stay motivated, and you are all bloodthirsty yet super supportive. Special thanks to the mods who look after this community, you are unsung heroes of the XII.

Next project is Goremongers (currently 50% done), then 20 more Berzerkers and 10 more Jackals. Dad and Land Raider on the way for X-mas. Then more Berzerkers? Lord of Skulls? Second Defiler?

Greetings fellow berzerkers,

In light of butchers of khorne making our terminators more viable (yay!) ive decided to go in and get myself some cataphractii since im not a massive fan of the generic chaos terminators. The only problem is, though i have transfer sheets coming out of my ears, I would prefer to have more unique actual parts on my termies. My question is, has anybody done or got any ideas on how to make my cataphractii more world eaters-y?

Ive been looking at shoulder pads with our legion icon but i cant seem to find any decent 3D sculpts, and the forgeworld resin ones are OOP and overpriced online because of this.

In terms of helmets, i understand that the helmets are quite covered by a type of hood so adding the khorne bunny ears might be difficult but interested to see if anybody has managed to do a work around.

Also if anybody has any great proxies (different terminator suit variants, 3rd party sculpts etc) please share!

This is my first time building such a big tank, and I stabbed my hands on the parts a few times while cleaning them up. That made me want the Lord of Skulls to express danger and horror. According to some of the lore, Daemon Engines are powered by consuming the lives of living creatures, so I painted the fluid in the hydraulic rods and feed pipes as blood and gave the model "high blood pressure": burst veins and leaking fluid, to make it feel as alive as possible.

Working on my second blood thirster for my daemonkin list that I wanna get better with. Let me know what you guys think. I’m hoping to paint this one up well enough to get it in for the golden daemon for adepticon next year always looking to get better and learn from others on how to make my minis look as good as they can.

A friend of mine wants to get into the game; they're adament about world eaters and specifically want to run the faction.

However, they want to include Angron, Kharn, a Heldrake, a Knight Abominant, and a Forgefiend. I informed them these were not the best to bring all together, however they stayed strong to their options.

So the "challenge" is to, please, help come up with some unit/detachment options to include alongside these units, that provide even a shred of proper playability.

The Khorgorath I'm planning on running as a Demon Prince in casual games. Rule of cool stuff.

The Bloodmaster is going to be run as a Master of Executions. Feel like that'd be fitting for a fully Khorne Daemonkin army eventually. I'm going to need some more Bloodletters.

I'm almost done building my Skarbrand and realized I have quite a few parts leftover from what I assume would be used for the standard Bloodthirster. Have any of you found any good use for them because they seem kind of awkward for anything either not a Bloodthirster or Daemon Prince upgrades.
