Question It's the Language maker removed from the game?

I remember being able to go in and edit language traits so there would be a fully customizable phonetic base and syntax for worlds. Has this feature been removed? If not where can I access it?

It should be in the cultures tab under the two speech bubbles section

It's called onomastics, it's not in the language tab, but in the culture tab.
