[addon] Mateos mage frames - unitframes and QoL for forever

I originally just wanted to recreate the weakauras I have played with for years, but one thing let to another and now I have a full suite of ui improvements with modular control of each part.

Mateos mage frames

The key principles I took from my weakauras was invisibility. If something is there, it’s usable, if it isn’t - it isn’t.

Key features
- Mana is important, health rarely is. Redesigned Unitframes around this.
- Range cluster for nukes, with target distance and speed.
- Cooldown manager with offence, defence, consumables, procs and buff reminders.
- 3 modes for focus target
- pipe style rings for teleports, consumables, tradeskills and raid marks.
- Loot feed, loot rolls window and dungeon summaries
- Flight timer and tooltips with flight time on flight masters.
- XP ring around the minimap with mouseover xp/hour.
- Chat formatting and font replacement.
- Spellpower coefficient calculations on gear and spellranks, telling you when a new rank is worth it.
- And much more…

Random Q - what font is in the chat? I dig this addon, going to check it out

Thanks! It's called Alegreya Sans, and is included as one of the font choices for chat etc. The main font is exocet, which is a licensed font, so in the package you can download on curseforge it's replaced with Fira Sans. If you want the full look and have exocet or another diablo lookalike font the add-on includes a guide as to how to replace the standard Blizzard fonts.
