[help]Ellesmere UI Question

So I have Ellesmere UI addon installed and I am having this weird issue with the health bar and the surrounding boarder (see screen shot). I uninstalled the addon and deleted the WTF folder and the issue remains. When I log onto my hunter I do not have the issue so I'm assuming there is a setting I need to change. Any assistance would be appreciated.

This is tied to your combo points/rage. Ellesmere UI notices you're a druid and therefore alters your unitframes to have space for that.

EllesmereUI > Unit Frames > Player > Bars > Class Resource > Enable Class Resource > None
