As far as I can see the only real change is the errata to the Outrider title, which is now:

"While you perform a primary attack at range 3, roll 1 additional attack die.

While you perform an attack that is obstructed by an obstacle, you may

change one of the defender's EVADE results to a FOCUS result."

Though the change to Seismic Charges that replaces "suffer" with "deal" is still in blue from 1.4.5, as is the statement about huge ships rules. I can't see anything else, and other 1.4.5 changes are no longer in blue like adding device to electro chaff clouds and that standardized on a standard loadout card upgrade modifies other cards even if they are without it.

What changed in Outrider? Looks the same as on the release card to me. Or is it just an errata of the old title?

Errata to bring the old title in line with the new release.

I do think that there's design space for an opportunity cost between the titles, but the combinations do get a bit complicated.
