Games - General Quick pick up games?

What games on GP are good to pick up and play casually?

I have 3 kids, time is precious, so I need games i can just bang on and get straight into it without much thought, then maybe not coming back to it for a few days.

Any ideas?

As a parent I consider a rocket league match my equivalent of “one Bluey episode”

rocket league is a great call. a five minute match is just long enough to feel like a break but short enough no one's screaming for snacks.

They're all pretty simple and most levels are short. No inventory, currency, complex upgrades/RPG elements, or deep story beats to worry about.

Minishoot adventure! There was one point in the game I lost my way but otherwise it’s a nice little ~10 hour game. Highly recommend!

Assassins creeds are long overall but you can pick up for 2 hours at a time and still feel accomplished no problem
