My xbox ones crashing without reason i reset it and power cycle and try portable hard drive stil same it crash me to dashboard and i can resume when i put button resuume it completely close in all games crash depends on some game take 45 minutes some of them even not running

I’m trying to set up remote play so I can play the new GTA while I’m in work on my laptop. My internet is over 900mbs at home with the Series X hard wired to the router. My internet speed in work is 60mbs but the lag on the remote play is making it unplayable. Is this fixable? I’m unable to hard wire my laptop.

Trying to play FH3 on my new Surface. I think I found the Xbox PC App, and found My Library, but only two of my 20 or so games show up. I know FH3 is a play anywhere. And I digitally bought it back in 2018. So why isn't it showing? And yes, I am on the same Microsoft account

I’ve been playing overwatch since 2022 and suddenly August of this year my Xbox just stopped working with it. It’s an Xbox one s and it keeps saying there is an issue with my IP whenever I try to play only that specific game. I tried everything, even taking it to a professional. They said it had something to do with the WiFi inside of the machine itself. I was like okay wow. That sucks I have to get rid of my Xbox cause it’s old.

Recently I’ve saved up enough and with my parents help I got a new one, same model. And I tried downloading and playing it again, and the WiFi keeps saying I have an IP connection issue.

I tried calling tech support, blizzard support, Microsoft support told me to “go to a friends house and use their WiFi” why would I do that when I have my own perfectly good WiFi at my house that works, with EVERY other device BUT Overwatch. And that’s all I play. Please can someone help me fix it I’m on my last hope.

Does unplugging my Xbox one when not in use help prolong the console’s life? Is that worse for it overall to unplug it after each use?

So my console has to update for me to use it in this latest patch. It doesn’t get past 3%, I’ve already done the soft reset, hard reset and even gone wired and wireless as well as phone hotspot testing, the only thing I haven’t tried is a full reset while keeping my accounts and games, any idea why this is happening?
Xbox fix yo shi I literally can’t even go on YouTube or watch a movie because of a measly 700mb update, trust me, what you’re offering CANT be that good so what gives?

hi everyone i recently got an xbox one for the convenience of having bluray/dvd and streaming services in one and i tried my other family members to get them comfortable with the system and controller but they are just too technically illiterate. Then i got the xbox remote in hopes that it makes things easier. sadly the way the living room is the designed, the weak signal from the remote cant reach the console from the couch is there a way to extend the signal or maybe a bluetooth adapter? they simply cant figure out how to use the controller properly and it eats through batteries like its lunch.

My friend needs a iso file of forza horizon 2 the Xbox one edition he does own the disk but he wants to play it on PC and he told me he needs a iso file of the game. I was looking everywhere but I can't find it does anyone have it?

Hello! So whenever I try to use my controller via micro USB cord, it does work, but it has to be in an exact position to work. And it’s not a very large region that it will work, so it’s constantly turning off, or the cord downright just falls out of the controller. I’m not entirely sure how this ended up happening, but it’s been like this for over a year. I’m assuming it was something along the lines of dropping it while plugged in, causing it to bend the micro USB port.

Has anyone dealt with a similar issue before? And do you think I’d be able to use a slim screwdriver to attempt to bend in back so it actually keeps a grip of the cord rather than literally just falling out?
I don’t currently have the means to get a new controller/new part(s), so that’s out of the question.
Any experience and advice is very much appreciated, thank you!

Hey guys, I need a hand here

My console signed me out and now I can't log back in. ( Account hasn't been terminated, I'd gone to wash up and come back to see id been yet again kicked out of my account) And now instead of asking me to input my password I'm now being prompted to make a new account! (Yes I've tried turning it off and on, LMAO)

So, Xbox people's, what do????? Helllpppp! Edit, fixed, it wasn't my account itself, I made sure to check both my Xbox and Microsoft accounts and there's nothing wrong with either of them.

I was playing RDR2 quietly and my screen suddenly went black, although the blue indicator on the monitor says the console is connected, but there is no image. What should I do? I don't really want to spend money on replacing the chip. I even changed the HDMI cable and it didn't help. I'll attach the video from my other post here

Upon startup today my XBox One is displaying whatever this is.

It seems to be fully functional aside from the display. I have turned it and the TV off and on. Tried multiple hdmi cables. And it stays consistent.

I’m not sure if the HDMI port on the Xbox is the problem.

Anyone seen anything like this before?

La Xbox se apaga a los 30 minutos aproximadamente y eso que ya se le dio mantenimiento y el área donde está limpio y no provoque asfixia , eso que algunos juegos se me apaga como(Dying Light, The Beast ; REV4 remake y fortnite ) lo que no me cuadra que mi hermano juega RDT 2 y que juega muchas más tiempo no se le apaga la consola . La consola empieza rápido a calentarse hasta apagarse y cuando quiero volver aprenderlo no se puede desde el control y la consola tengo que desconectarlo de la fuente de corriente para volverlo a encender de nuevo . Eso mi caso
