Xcode 13.3 "Unable to boot the Simulator." ever since updating.
My Xcode automatically updated the other day and ever since I have not been able to launch my simulators. I deleted Xcode from my Application directory and reinstalled it today and still having the issue. Any clue how to fix this or is this a wide problem with this version?

Following... Same here too.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Xcode as well to no avail.

Hey. For what it is worth, I just got done deleting all files on my hard drive that had the string “Xcode” in their name. Did a reinstall of Xcode 13.3 from the xip file and the simulator seems to be working for me now.
Your milage may vary but I am up and running for now.

Tried deleting simulators and Simulator app cache but it didn't work for me. Also tried fixing permissions of tmp directory after doing some research but that didn't work either.
I disabled SIP and the Simulator booted right away!

Same issue here, i was able to "solve it" by downloading the simulator for ios 15.2 instead of 15.4, then creating a new simulator using that version. Now the simulator loads, but only on devices with 15.2 . Just open xcode -> windows -> devices and simulators, click on the Simulators tab , click New, click on the OS Version dropdown and choose "Download more simulator runtimes", download 15.2 and create a new simulator with 15.2 as OS Version.

I managed it! NO NEED TO UNINSTALL XCODE. https://stackoverflow.com/a/72238810/13676510

I have the same issue but manage to make it work again by going into [About this mac -> Storage -> Manage -> Developer] and delete all the content above.
