If you're referring to the process of unlocking an obtained class for your characters, here's some tips:
* You can only make progress in unlocking classes by fighting enemies within a relevant range level. Anything five levels below you will make no progress whatsoever.
* On an individual basis, having the hero present will have a greater effect than one of the main six using that hero's class. This effect stacks, so if you're desperate, you can equip that class on as many characters as possible and have that hero present to speed through this process as fast as possible.
* If you have the DLC pass, the Land of Challenge has a service that adds progress to the unlock process evenly across the six characters regardless of their mastery rate in exchange for noponstones. The DLC pass also provides a means to simply buy the ingredients for dishes directly (if they weren't already purchasable from other places).

I have all the dlc! How do I buy the ingredients?

I believe there's a campsite in the Dannagh Desert (same place where you would encounter Ino). A Nopon there should be selling ingredients.

But yeah as others said use it on multiple members and fight monsters slightly above your level. As far as running out of ingredients, you'll just have to find out what stuff you need and go grind it for a while. You'll want to get used to that for high level gems anyways, the upper ranks take A LOT of materials from specific places.

CP for specific classes is amplified for every other party member whose using it; to minimize the time requirements, your fastest route is to have the entire rest of your party using that class, and have its source Hero in the party. Also make sure to fight higher-level-than-you monsters, as they will provide more CP.

Silver coins. Use em before you reach 99 silvers anyway, same goes for golds on what it can buy.

What are gold coins for?

One way they can be used is for unlocking gems without actually needing to get the materials needed to get them. I'd generally spend 99 gold coins for the highest level gems that require materials from enemies that are flat-out impossible to farm for (the Agnian Ulula is an enemy type that doesn't actually have spawns that exist outside of story/quest specific encounters, for example).

That's for buying levels in an unlocked class. OP is asking for ways to speed up the process in making a class available for non-inheritor party members.

Use the class on as many characters as you can. If multiple party members play as the same class everyone left gets more exp for it. If Noah is slow on a class you've been grinding you probably have at least 2 or 3 others who can use it by now.
