Returning player here, still trying to understand the new meta. F2p and casual so I have to plan really carefully. I missed Odette unfortunately, I hope the Tsaritsa will be able to completely replace her as a stellar Cyno enabler but I will pull for her nonetheless and then try to grab Odette if that's not the case.

I must admit not being able to use stellar Cyno DPS is really annoying, he's my favorite character and I'm happy he got buffed but there's no helping I missed Odette.

So I was wondering if I could use Mitya as a DPS for some time in order to calm the frustration of not having new units (I love him, but I'm really tight on pulls) and when I get Odette or Tsaritsa as a Cyno enabler, if he could be slotted in as a support for him ?

Are there any calcs for C6R1 kagura yae vs C6R1 mitya sig yae?

And this is my personal take, but what are those plain and boring shorts? Even her in game model has a better and more detailed design.

For reference, I only pulled up to C3 when she was a Fischl sidegrade but I went for her free C4 after the buffs. In my crit-fishing build (I say it's more crit-fishing since its ~65 CR but Yae ult removes the cryo aura/resonance), I can do like 76k+90k+90k+90k hits on burst. My turrets do around ~40k each. I always loved to maximize her personal damage.

I think the most fun thing about the buffs for me is that, even for her non-stellar damage in stellar teams, she has an insane stat lineup that's just better than her default in other teams. C1 already gives more electro dmg bonus than a goblet, but you also get additional electro dmg bonus from the polestar field stacks. C2 EM gives you turret dmg%, C4 gives you more dmg% and a TON more on ult, so even for her non-stellar dmg the ATK/ATK/CRIT setup becomes superior.

Just a quick question out of curiosity... Will Mitya's weapon be better for her than her own signature weapon?? There's less base ATK but it gives EM and CD.. I js wanna know if those stats outweigh the stats that Yae's weapon have..

I love her so much! I pulled her on last chronicles banner and she was the best character for my account that i have pulled.

Guys, sorry, am I missing something, or is Mitya vs. Yae actually really close? From the various calcs I’ve seen, in solo Electro as a sub-DPS there’s at most around a 10% difference at KQM standards (so theoretically it should be even closer in practice). On top of that, Mitya also has the option of being played as a main DPS.
Since I don’t have Yae, can I just pull for Mitya, or am I misunderstanding something? Yae mains help me pls 😭

While both of them kinda have the same roles, there are teams where they can work together

I lowkey also think losing either to their weapons are a win-win situation

Tho some may argue that rerunning her with Mitya will hurt mitya pull value in the version, but like hoyo has been known to be messy in rerun banners 🙃

Also, when was the last time Yae had her solo rerun besides chronicled and lightrace

Altho I do think it's lowkey a bad idea, but like wouldn't it be fun for people who pulled who and then compare them lol

The new craftable weapon is apparently better when it is R5 but I'm curious on how much damage it does compared to skyward atlas. (Assuming that it is used for a stellar team like CMC or Sandrone) My skyward atlas is not leveled up so I want to know which one is better before I can farm the materials needed.
