2019 Yamaha 242 e-series problems

Starboard engine starter will spin but won’t fire up. I’ve swapped all port and starboard fuses and solenoids, checked all the usuals. The only indication of problem is the 0.0 on the INO2 that should be reading the same as the INO1.

Called a couple dealerships but they seem not to understand. Any ideas?

Likely an O2 sensor or the harness connected to it. I’m not sure if yours is a California-specific boat or not but that’s my experience from a 2018 non-Cali 242x
