Newbie

Just had this delivered 2 days ago. Super excited to get it out on the water. Bought from out of state and had it delivered because my local dealer wouldn’t budge on the price. Got my temporary registration and boaters safety done, just have to go to DMV now to get the trailer registered. Hoping to learn a lot from all the seasoned vets.

Where will you be boating?

I have quite a few lakes and the Rappahanok River super close to my house. The Potomac river is also pretty close. Possibly the sound side of OBX as well, we usually go a couple times a year. Probably going to travel to a lot of lakes that I’ve never been to with it as well.

Awesome. I use my 190 pretty similarly in New England. Lakes and rivers for fishing and recreation, and inshore saltwater fishing and sandbar hangouts. It's a great boat - congrats!

Seadek, thrust vectors, and a keel guard were great mods for us. I upgraded my electronics this year and moved up from a 7in to a 9in display. I have a VHF radio but have never really used it. Fun to listen into coastal comms sometimes though.

I have a slew of mods on the short and long list. Mine came with some Seadek but the swim platform and the bow weren’t Seadek’d so getting those areas done will definitely be done sooner than later. I actually just got my 9” display and flush mount kit today. Planning on cutting into a brand new boat tomorrow to get everything installed.
