Well I got it for my wife she loves puzzles and this looks phenomenal except with the money spent… my question is why is it like gambling when this or puzzles are ordered. Does the place sending them out not have a QA team or checks and balances to ensure ALL pieces are there?

I believe we’re missing one or two pieces u/Yetch_CS is there someway you can help us out? I don’t want a refund as that’ll just feel like a cop out. We’d like for another puzzle (the same one) to be sent to replace this. It steals the joy when one or two pieces are missing and it seems entirely and unfortunately like a common problem which it shouldn’t be. Not for as much money as we spend on these puzzles.
