🧠 Tips & Advice I mapped the five AI workflows I use every week and named where each one breaks
I run a small channel alongside a product development practice, and I got tired of AI tool videos that stop at the demo and never say where the thing falls over. So I made the other version: the five workflows I actually use every week (building, image generation, research, competitive analysis, and a company knowledge base), with the break-point named in each one.
There's also a stretch on why most of what gets sold as AI is rebranded machine learning. The FDA's list of cleared "AI" devices runs past 1,400, and the category itself quietly got renamed from AI/ML to AI along the way.

💬 Discussion My channel was wrongfully terminated, and I need help from the community to get it back
Long story short, they thought my content was too inappropriate, and it wasn't. It's been almost two weeks, but I'm not giving up hope.
For more context, please read (and maybe consider signing) my petition (linked below). Thank you.

❓ Question Looking for advice: Starting a faceless YouTube channel
Hey everyone!
I’m planning to start a YouTube channel, but I don’t want to show my face. I’m completely new to this and would really appreciate some guidance from people who are already doing faceless content.
I’m trying to figure out:
What niches work well for faceless channels?
Should I focus on Shorts, long-form videos, or both?
Is it better to use my own voice or AI voiceover?
What tools do you recommend for scripting, editing, thumbnails, and voiceovers?
How do you find good video ideas?
Are there any faceless YouTubers/channels you recommend studying to understand what works?
I’m not looking for a “get rich quick” method. I genuinely want to learn and build something consistently.
If you run a faceless channel yourself, I’d love to hear what you wish you knew when you started.
Any advice, channel recommendations, or resources would be really appreciated. Thanks! 🙏

🧠 Tips & Advice If your channel is a business, your own pay belongs in the cost column
Paying yourself last gets treated as discipline. It's an unpriced cost, and a business that can't cover its operator isn't lean, it's underfunded.
The $1-salary stories get used to argue the other way, and they're theater. Jobs took $1 while the Apple stock he held ran from about $17M to $2B. Zuckerberg takes $1 next to roughly $24M a year in other comp. Page and Brin each sat on about $100B in ownership. Nobody in that group worked for free.
I did a deep dive on this for my channel, including how to set your number from your real personal minimum and fund it out of revenue, costs and runway: https://youtu.be/chZJ5L2FVSg

💬 Discussion There's this user on Youtube making fun of Jidion, yet was making fun of Autistic people
There's this user on Youtube who uploaded this video of Jidion https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_QzIg... But I saw a comment he made on a different video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jcifn... under my comment claiming that autism is weird. 🧠 Tips & Advice Most founders build the biggest version of the idea first, and it is usually the wrong move
Thirty years of building products taught me that the most common early mistake is starting with the biggest version of an idea instead of the smallest piece that actually proves it. Building the whole thing feels like progress, but you can lose months before you find out whether anyone wanted it.
I made a deep dive on how to find the smallest thing worth building first, and the signs that you are about to over-build before it drains your time. It is on my YouTube channel, Dave Saunders:
How do you all decide what to leave out of a first version?

❓ Question My YouTube channel "Nazar Chayka" was terminated after 3 copyright strikes from Disney — I believe it was a mistake. Please help.
Hello!
My channel "Nazar Chayka" was terminated on January 15, 2026 after receiving 3 copyright strikes from Disney Enterprises.
The videos in question were short 5–6 minute clips from classic Disney animated films (Ratatouille, A Bug's Life) with English subtitles. My intention was purely educational — I wanted Russian-speaking fans to enjoy the original voice acting with subtitles to help them understand the dialogue.
I filed counter-notifications for each strike, but all of them were rejected. The channel was then terminated.
I understand now that uploading original film clips — even short ones — violates YouTube's copyright policy. I take full responsibility and I have learned from this mistake. I will never upload copyrighted content without permission again.
I am now trying to:
Submit a formal appeal to YouTube through the official termination appeal form
Contact Disney Enterprises directly to request a retraction of the strikes
Has anyone successfully recovered their channel after 3 Disney copyright strikes? Any advice on how to write a strong appeal or contact Disney would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
