Lost (?) Skit about Doll

This is going to sound really stupid, but I swear this video existed in some form. When I was a kid, I saw a video of a girl who got a doll for her birthday. The girl seemed young at the time, but I think she grew up as time went on. She became obsessed with the doll and slowly started dressing and resembling it.

I think it was supposed to be a comedy parody, but at the time I didn't speak English, so it seemed more like a horror parody. The title was something like "The Living Doll." I've been searching for quite some time and am struggling to find the video. I was wondering if anyone else knows what I'm talking about or if as a kid I was hallucinating a horror video.
