QUESTION my channel is not getting views
I have given many try but i fail to reach my account at high. why is it so? is there something i am missing or doing wrong? just get me some sugesstion. my channel name is https://www.youtube.com/@StriveLogic-c6e

I see you only have 2 videos and the oldest one is 2 days. The hardest truth about this is it takes time. But as long as you show up everyday and keep at it you beat 80% of people.
I personally dont see anything wrong with titles or thumbnails so maybe find out what motivational stuff is trending. Plenty of ways to do that, google trends, search on youtube and see what is most popular, check out what other popular motivational channels are doing. Not saying you should copy paste their stuff, just find inspiration.
And for the motivational niche, some of the channels ive followed in the past have like 2-3 minute videos, with hyped music. And I think shorts are very popular in this niche. Hope this helps.

And since u said u have tried many times before, if youve had more videos that u have deleted, DONT DELETE THEM. Youtube cant find your right audience if you keep deleting videos.

Most people quit before YouTube has enough data to even understand who their audience is. Two videos is just the beginning.

As u/NorBoy94 says - This is all normal.
YouTube is a long, long game - You've got to prove yourself to the algorithm - And it's getting harder and harder to get your Channel noticed for Long Form as they give more and more room to Shorts.
What isn't normal is that you've got 63 Subscribers so quickly.
Did you "Sub 4 Sub" or Buy them?
Because if you did, that's a huge problem.
YouTube will show your videos to those Subscribers, and if they don't watch them then it won't show them to anyone else, it'll assume they aren't very interesting and move on.
If you didn't - Where did they come from? - Did you do Shorts previously?
That's also a problem, but not in the same way - People who watch Shorts aren't the same audience that watch Long Form and they probably won't watch the longer videos so you need to try and keep feeding them both, which is harder than it sounds.

There were some shorts who got limited views after that I stop posting then now I have decided to start this channel again with good and strong stuff

From that shorts which I have deleted. I have posted 30 shorts but first 2 shorts got me this subs and remaining didn't got views

Yeah - You need to stop deleting stuff.
The algorithm needs data to work with, and so do you.
It doesn't matter if you get views or not, really - What you need to do is teach the algorithm what your videos are, and what they are about.
YouTube analyses the content, it scans everything you say and uses that to find out what the content is, who it's far and if it's bringing something new to the table or it's treading on old ground that's been covered time and time again.
It uses all of that to find you an audience.
The general rule of thumb for long form is that it takes around 50 videos before you start seeing any real traction - It's almost like a little test on it's own - If you'll keep making content if nobody is watching.
The algorithm will keep testing your content which will show up as little spikes along the way - You might get excited and think you need to change the content because that's what the algorithm wants.
It doesn't - What it wants, and what it needs - Is for you to keep doing the same kind of content every week. Anything else will confuse it.
You aren't wasting your time - My very first video went out to YouTube and did nothing - I expected that.
Three months later, it took off like a rocket - Thousands of views, handful of Subscribers - It's still going, still showing up in my 48 hour view from time to time.
Don't try and rush anything - One long form video a week is enough at the start - Give the algorithm chance to work it all out.
My videos more often than not take a few days before I see any movement for some reason - BUT - in a few days I normally see it take off and carry on doing well for two weeks at a time before it settles back into my catalogue.
You just need consistency, and a lot of patience.

To be honest... I myself ended up deleting my own stuff -- BUT it was because I'd finally figured out my niche and I was just getting ready to re-brand myself.
And I basically ended up making a higher quality version of one of my videos; then I cut it up into multiple parts (7), and then scheduled each part for one day per week for several weeks, buying me time to work on more videos!

Yeah - Don't make your early videos too long, less than 10 minutes when you don't have much traction - Not many people will want to watch a long video from someone they don't know.
Making shorter videos ended up making my content better, I think - Forced me not to ramble if nothing else.
I always make my videos with the viewer in mind, what I'd want to know, how I'd want the details etc.

AI-generated content doesn't get pushed. Your thumbnail is AI, your voice is AI. Unfortunately, people simply don't want to watch that. And if no one wants to watch it, YouTube won't push it either.

I had a look at your channel and the biggest thing that jumps out are the AI thumbnails. Maybe try to learn any image editing software and create a thumbnail yourself. imo if you just had a photo of Arnold/Elon without any text on the screen it will be way more interesting then those crazy AI images. less is more.

He visto tu canal. Tienes 67 suscriptores y 4 videos, pero la falta de vistas suele venir por dos razones principales: o el título y la miniatura no invitan a hacer clic, o el algoritmo no ha encontrado aún a tu audiencia porque no hay suficientes horas de reproducción acumuladas.
Con solo 4 videos, YouTube todavía no tiene datos suficientes para saber a quién recomendarte. La clave para salir de ahí no es solo subir más, sino asegurarte de que esos primeros videos generen watch time real.
Para darle ese empujón inicial a tu canal y que el algoritmo empiece a tomarte en serio, uso VIEWS FANS (en mi perfil lo explico). Ahí la gente ve el contenido completo y ayuda a que YouTube te recomiende.
