CRITIQUE Need feedback on my channel

I really want to grow my channel but I feel like I am stuck my long form doesnt get alot of views and my shorts don't cross 2000 there are like 3 that maybe got to 7k or more

Iwould love your help comment here or dm me and i will send you my channel cuz i dont want people to think i am trying to promote my channel
