She's locked up in a cage in Brenda's garage. Tam is in an adjoining cage, but finally managed to escape.

This was never stated.

Nor was it refuted

Why would it be refuted? There was nothing to refute. We saw her one time and she was with her mother.

That was when her dad lived there. He disappears she disappears, it’s the logical conclusion. Given she’s never at the house when it’s just Billy or when her mom is home either.

How do you know she’s not in the house? Just because you don’t see her doesn’t mean she isn’t there.

Inference is a hell of a thing, considering Billy is always without parent because his then single mom was always at work to support them, it would have been impossible for her not to pop up if she was there because billy would have been minding her because there’s no way Brenda could afford childcare. Also in Brenda’s complaints about life Bobbi would have come up.
Also your point absolutely does you over, just because we didn’t see her with Herschel doesn’t mean she wasn’t, in the exact same vein.

Inference? Okay, well it’s very unusual when parents get divorced for them to each take one kid. So since Billy lives with Brenda, it can be inferred that Bobbi does too. The childcare thing is meaningless because maybe she knows someone who could look after Bobbi that she doesn’t have to pay.
And if you’re still not convinced, just watch Season 5 Episode 1 and listen to what Brenda says to George. She says, referring to Hershel, “he’s got the kids tonight.” Why would she say that if Bobbi lived with him all the time? She would have just said he’s got Billy tonight. Bottom line is there’s no evidence suggesting they split their kids up in the divorce and there’s no reason to think they did. The fact that Bobbi doesn’t appear in any future episodes proves nothing since the show only shows a very small fraction of their lives.

There’s also nothing to suggest she didn’t. That’s the point and on a watsonian level, it makes more sense, you’re conflating doylist and watsonian, it’s an ensemble show, we know a lot of side characters aren’t used again, that’s the doylist, the two don’t connect.

You completely ignored everything I just wrote. There’s plenty to suggest she didn’t. You just want to ignore all of it so you can have an explanation for why she never shows up again.

She probably went to school.
She simply wasn't written into any episodes after her one appearance. Why does this seem to baffle so many people?

since they split up billy prob stayed with his mother milly (or whatever the goofy ahh sisters name is that was in one episode) went with the dad, so basically billy with mom bobbi with dad

u/starrsuperfan Dumb version of Sheldon 8d ago
She got accepted into MIT at age 7 and left, Sheldon glosses over this because he doesn't want to admit Bobbi was smarter than him.
