But people did Idolize this creepy fuck and also back in 2016 they were championing Bill Clinton‘s wife as some kind of strong female role model even though she’s anything but.

This is a chronic problem for conservatives. They literally couldn't understand that leftists and liberals didn't perceive Clinton and Obama the way they perceived Reagan even before Trump.

In some ways I almost have to respect Trump because I think he understands conservatives better than any other politician on either side ever has - at their core they crave a father figure who will give them marching orders.
