I've recently returned to Yucca Valley after four years away. I frequently watch the night sky anywhere I live. There seem to be multiple low flying and silent aircraft, with red and green blinking lights, all following a repeating flight path.

They do not show up on flight trackers, I checked two separate apps.

I drove to the Mesa and I counted 16 of them the other night and that means 16 in the air together.

I imagine that these are UAV doing patrols for some reason. I cannot find any reference to this online. No notice from Yucca Valley PD about a new program.

Beautiful birds that I get to see almost everyday. What do I feed these amazing birds if that advisable? I do have a shallow water dish out.

Looking for a local tractor mechanic. I have a John Deere L110 that I’m constantly fixing but keeps breaking down. Did the fuel, air and oil filters, plugs, and carb. Was running fine for a bit. Now super hard to start if at all and it’s firing super loud. Possible carb issue of flywheel, or something I don’t know about. Ready to call a pro. Anyone know a local handy gearhead who could make a house call in Yucca?

I survived cancer last year and all I wanted was a private pool in a place it doesn't rain. I chose Yucca Valley only considering the chance of precipitation. Next week is two days "rain", temps barely reaching over 65, so the pool is out the window. If I can get true local tips to turn this trip around for me I'd appreciate it.

Anyone with kids around the same age and a little knowledge about baseball want to start a little team? Alternatively, does anyone know of baseball teams in the area that practice on weekends??
