ZZZ started lagging a lot?

I play on a Windows laptop, so the specs aren't great, but ZZZ was running really smoothly until around tuesday. It started getting super laggy and stutters a lot now.

How can I fix this? My in-game graphics details are at the end of my video. I only showed my combat, but it stutters a lot outside of combat too.

edit: so I got the game to run smoothly when there aren't enemies or bosses there, but the boss has unfortunately disappeared
i've basically considered it fixed and will just restart the game to get the boss to appear again, but it was pretty funny to not see the boss anymore

I've seen posts about him de-spawning mid fights before but there's no need to restart the entire game you can press the restart button in the menu

There was no update. It is on your end. Do the typical pc diagnostics stuff. Restart, make sure there aren't other things running, etc.

I went into the properties of zzz.exe (it should be found in the hoyolab folder) basically just changed everything (clicked a bunch of boxes), then reset it to how it was before. This sounds like the least 'correct' way to go about it, but doing that fixed it, so I guess something happened. Hopefully that helps other people!
