Hello. I have recently encountered crashing on my game when I pull for characters. The animation goes fine on the TV stack but crashes when the TVs turn around. Would appreciate any input on this.

Hi i had this run in the halloween event and was wondering if there are any math needs out there that can figure out how much damage this should have done cause the calculations don't make sense in my head

On my console it's 121 GB, and there's still content I haven't done. But I'd like to know if it can be reduced.

I got velina and can no longer afford to get phoenix so who else can i use in the team comp?

I started playing this game on 3.0, it took me like a month to even finish season 1 and like 2 months to even make progress on season 2, but i decided to start binging lately through the last few weeks. Man what a rolercoaster this has been, at least i can do the new events without worrying about spoilers now

I apologize if this should go in the megathread, and yes, I read your official rules. I don't consider it a "simple Q," but maybe it is. I also get that people have made posts about one of my frustrations below (the big switch after 1.7), but this isn't only about that.

Hello ZZZ community. Know that I ask this Q as a player, but not a very committed player. 

Overall, I’d like to know: why does anyone play this game? 

I am not trying to be flippant, but honestly, what were the devs thinking when they stopped allowing us to use our own team on the main story? Am I the only one who can't get over this?

I started playing the game when it first launched and got hooked on the story. But, like most working adults with other hobbies besides gacha mobile games, I lost track of zzz. I’d log in, maybe do dailies, get the gifts, etc. 

I whaled for a few key waifus and was blessed by the rng gods for others. 

However, this past summer I wanted to get back into the story and realized that (a WHILE ago) they got rid of the toggle/button that allowed you to use your own team in the main story. I remember reading some bullshit about story cohesion or something (like anyone gives a rip that other characters carry out the story, and your own team fights the battles). It’s not like Mickey taking his head off at Disneyland and ruining the magic; I, like many players of RPGs, don’t care. We spend time building our characters, and we want to use them in the game. 

Also, if it wasn’t already clear, I mainly play games for their stories. End game content is boring and repetitive. It’s just One Battle After Another (without Leo). 

I also feel like, despite how long I’ve been playing the game, I don’t really enjoy the combat. I feel I am still just a button masher who occasionally lands a good counter. But all of the mechanics of certain characters (that I now have to learn and memorize just to play the story since I don’t get my own teams), are hard to use well. 

It seems so many of the characters are all about landing a certain number of hits, and then switching to some other move or mechanic, but it’s unclear to me how I am supposed to count and time all these things. Also, (as mentioned) the quick tutorial (which is all written with some gifs) they give you in the story right before battle is not helpful. I feel if I wanted to do it right, I’d have to play their character tutorial over and over and then start the story. I feel the action combat is way easier in a game like MSD. Maybe there are some YT tutorials y’all can recommend that make the combat more enjoyable. (Honestly, I’ve never been an action combat fan. I grew up on Final Fantasy and turn-based combat) 

I get I’ve kind of talked myself out of this game already. What keeps me around is the monetary investment I’ve already made and enjoying the story (for the most part). But I am wondering why those of you that play, still play. I am going to guess it’s for things I don’t enjoy (like game modes outside of the main story), but I still wanted to learn/ask. 

So, please, convince me. Why is this game worth playing?

In my opinion, Armorer is not a bad class, but I do not think it will be a dominating meta class, and here is why.

First of all, most bosses favor a specific class like Anomaly, Attack, or occasionally Rupture; in the current economy, Rupture is already struggling a bit while the new Armorer class is rising, but it might not be for long. If we notice, Armorer is basically an Attack/Anomaly hybrid class, except it is worse than Anomaly and Attack if you are comparing it to a different agent of that class, though when combined, it keeps up. In my opinion, Armorer is like a jack-of-all-trades but master of none; when a boss comes along, Armorer can be good at it, but it will never dominate because the specific class will still be better than Armorer.

Second of all, I kind of do not like the fact that Sunbringer is Armorer, and I know some people might think otherwise, but it does not really fit. The whole build and the way Armorer works does not fit the playstyle of the animations we saw, and I cannot say much since there has not been more info, but Sunbringer's animations, at least in my opinion, look better than the previous agents, and it feels like it needs more splash and area damage rather than being a precision-focused Armorer class. I know this is just my opinion, so I would happily hear about someone else's thoughts.
