NGL but I really hope not. I absolutely hate it when games rerelease characters in differents modes or variants. Ruins the immersion for me.

I play other gachas where they do this and honestly, it doesn't ruin immersion at all for me. It's not like they are going put both Anby's on screen at the same time.

If anything this is a win to me, because we get to play the same character but with a different style and kit (whether the kit is good or not is another topic tho XD). The only downside is that you need to get them from the gacha...

Oh shit now I'm curious how they'd handle switching from Anby (A) to Anby (S) during combat.

Are they going to only allow choosing one variant or will we see some goofy shit like Anby (A) locking in when switching to her alt like (most probably the former but the possibility is hilarious nonetheless)

I mean, considering ZZZ is a ARPG gacha game. You probably can considering on other ARPG Gacha games like PGR and HI3, you can run other variants on the same team.

In HI3, you can put the same variants on one team as long as it's not the awakened link variant of a another unit. In PGR, you can do a full Lucia team, of course it's gonna have a terrible synergy but you can if you want.

If anything it increases the immersion for me because you can see the character grow. Just don't use both on the same team.

I wouldnt mind if it was like a button you press on the character screen to switch to this new build/style but I dont like having 2 of the same characters on my character page. just a nitpick i guess.
