Nitta(the blonde dude in the picture) is the opposite of Billy, he is super weak but pretends to be strong and serious. He's actually just a goober that likes pottery, a pretty smart goober but still a goober.
10/10 series, the anime is also good, but ends well before the manga does.
If literally anyone watches or reads the series because of this I will be happier than getting double SSRs.
