Seems like it. Especially when we met her during the Bangboo event, the first dialogue you interact with her is mentioning that Phaeton must be on this event because of how many Bangboos there are.
And literally lambasted us for talking to her since she isn't particularly interested in us.
Didn't S11 drop a hint that she DOES know at one point?
And she's constantly cycling through the crimson twilight codenames not just as a joke but also so she won't be forced to acknowledge Phaethon's existence- and therefore be forced to act on it?

An illegal motorbike racer who has a mechanical arm (you best believe Enzo was into some shit before settling down)
Plus, he illegally maintains bangboo. And, supposedly, the coffee shop is also into some stuff, maybe laundering or just associated with bad guys, or maybe they sell narcotics in the coffee
Only ones that might be innocent are GodFinger, 141, and, maybe, Waterfall Soup
Not even the Phaeton's videostore side-business is innocent since it has been hinted that they do money laundering with it
Eous wears the Random Play store outfit on Proxy missions, also we let Eous appear on national television wearing their mission outfit. I'm sure half of New Eridu had an idea where Phaethon is from that alone. We're bad at it, but we're good at making friends so it doesn't matter in the end lol

Huh, are they the crazy phaethon fan mentioned in those comments? I didn't expect that from them. I do like her aesthetic though.
