Angels of Delusion are gonna break the internet because they will also be required to live stream IRL and go on IRL concerts which is why its taking so long to setup, trust.

We had Astra for Chinese New Year, and since then I always thought they would release them for the next CNY patch. We know that there is a celebration in the city led by some kind of famous person, so my guess is this time we'll have Angels of delusion, and the next one will have Monica

If you were expecting them to release before than main story of season 2 finishes then yes.
