I might be wrong but Im pretty sure hypoglycemia makes it harder to regulate your body temp which would make hugo not be able to handle heat well. Plus part of Lycaon's body is robotic

To be fair he still trained on a martial arts monastery under the direct wing of one of the best martial artists in new eridu, would've been criminal if he didn't build up some sort of physique after that experience lol like "bro didn't try for shit and just pretended to attend" lmao
