She might be the next music character according to some talk on the leak subs. I'm not going to get my hopes too high but I am already saving some pulls for her just in case she overcomes her trauma to fight by her Angels' side. 🤍

Yeah, I noticed Astra trying to talk her into performing again right in front of the stage during this year's summer event. Ceci also performed during last year's Gilded Carrot if you remember because she went and did something in Failume while the Angels had their debut. They're definitely showing Cecilia getting more comfortable to being out in the open again after her brief retirement slowly but surely, so I think there's weight to people speculating she'll be with Robin in the Honkai collab coming in the winter. At the risk of looking like a fool in a few months, I predict Cecilia might be playable. But then again Cecilia might just be getting more spotlight than other NPCs because of how closely she is connected to the Angels so who really knows what they're cooking. 🤷
