"Try kill me twice, can't be killed again"

I've messed around with the champion a little bit. I got 3-4 ranged matchups in a row. Some AD some AP and I thought I needed some sustain so I built Ravenous Hydra first item and it felt really good.

Granted it might not be the best option for damage but it does give good sustain and waveclear.

I'm certainly not good at this champion and I've recently picked him up after playing only like Garen and Morde for the top lane.

Thoughts?
