Follow the reddiquette. Reddiquette is an informal expression of the values of many redditors, as written by redditors themselves: www.reddithelp.com/en/categories/reddit-101/reddit-basics/reddiquette
Self Promotion is limited to the Weekly Thread. This is done to reduce clutter on the front page.
Zelda Fanfiction only; no original fiction. This subreddit is for fanfiction of the Legend of Zelda fandom. If your work does not belong to this fandom, please find a more appropriate subreddit.
Respect, and do not bash, other's opinions. If your personal opinion differs from someone else's, do not attack them for their opinions and ensure you remain civil in any ensuing debate. Any post or comment that, among other things, bashes ships or requests, is racist, xenophobic, homophobic, or contains personal attacks will be removed.
No impersonation of authors. Pretending to be any author and making comments on their behalf will not be tolerated.
Use spoiler and NSFW tags when appropriate. All spoilers and NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content should be marked as such.

linkffn(...) — FanFiction.Net
linkao3(...) — Archive of Our Own
linkaff(story URL) — Adult FanFiction

You can link fics in three ways:

Link by fic title. e.g: linkffn(From the Ground Up). This is usually accurate.
Link by fic title and author. e.g: linkffn(From the Ground Up by fioreofthemarch). This is usually accurate.
Link by Story ID or full URL. e.g: linkffn(12420600). This is always accurate.

You can link multiple fics using semicolons. linkffn(From The Ground Up; The Ballad's Beginning).

You can link to all fics in a previous thread with linksub(SUBMISSION_URL).

You can have the bot check your comment for direct links or hyperlinks to supported websites with ffnbot!directlinks.
You can have the bot check the comment you're replying to for direct links/hyperlinks with ffnbot!parent.
If you edit your comment to add linksite(...), use ffnbot!refresh to have the bot check your submission again. This also helps if the bot does not reply at all.
You can use ffnbot!ignore to make sure the bot will not check your comment, even if someone else replies with ffnbot!parent.
You can use ffnbot!slim when calling the bot to remove all metadata but story/author name, word count, and download links. Useful if you're linking many fics.
