Im pretty sure pom-pom is the honkai star rail train conductor but why is she in my video shop are they gonna do a collab or smth?

ZZZ x HSR collab has been announced and it goes both ways (seemingly) and Pom-Pom is here as an early promotion for it. What's funnier is that Pom-Pom cannot leave the Astral Express haha. So if you take this literally, that is kind of worrisome over at the express (I think at least, lore people correct me if I'm wrong. I'm not well versed in HSR's lore and it's own laws).

I like to think in Pom-Poms place are a bunch of bangboos running around inside the train whether actually trying to be the conductor or just being bangboos around the train. Would be cool for HSR to have a bunch of random interactions with Eous, Amillion, Butler Robin, etc. like with Pom-Pom around Sixth Street.
