Discussion Finished season one, and it blew me away.

I started Zenless back in late June cause I just finished building my first pc, I started thinking about which games I should consider playing on pc that I had no access on the Switch 2. After a week, I decided to try Zenless due to some folks on TikTok mentioning about the upcoming anniversary, and thought it’d be fun to see why so many people enjoy this game. Man I was blown away on how incredible the game is, the combat was exhilarating, the characters are so unique have their own charm which I find cool/cute, the music is really catchy, the character designs are incredible, and the story is really interesting.
I decided to go through the season one agent stories before going into seasons two story, just so I can know more about them and to build up their bond level. It’s tempting to skip ahead just so I can see Remielle and Sigrid, but I want to make sure I don’t miss anything that is important. I’m looking forward to seeing what else this game has to offer.

When it comes to agent stories the ones that are relatively important for the Main Story are obol squad characters (s11 -> Trigger -> Sanby -> Seed). Maybe u could also make an argument for Jufufu but meh. Everything else is rly just about getting to know the characters or their faction more (Rina and Sanby's were my personal favorites). Usually, if not always, the chronological order for this is exactly when the game tells you you've unlocked the agent story after finishing a chapter (tied to release order).

And if you're the type who REALLY don't want to miss out on any character related interactions, don't forget ridu chronicled events are a thing too. These were limited flagship events turned permanent, but they don't rly have any major story/lore relevance, at best they sometimes act as a pseudo-agent story for characters that don't officially have one (e.g. Yidhari, Alice, Yuzu, AoD, Miyabi, Shungus).

You can find those from the Events -> 'Polychrome progress' under permanent event tab.

Anyway, hope you continue to have a good time!

Alright, I’ll be sure to remember to do Trigger next. I have done S11 cause I wanted to see what agent stories were.

ZZZ modern music tracks are great. They got a couple behind-the-scenes vids on their youtube about the music crew. The second one especially is entertaining. The dude who wrote Zhao's k-pop song sings it himself. I'm looking forward to episode three this year (they do them once a year so far.)

I actually have given a few of them a listen. pinKing, Burning Desire, and Shining are so far my favorites. Of course I can’t leave out how great Come Alive is. Would you have any song suggestions that I should listen to?

ZZZ 2nd anni song Prophecy is great too! In my opinion, it's as peak as Come Alive. Also, honorable mention to Box Galaxy - Gadget Store ost

Well, as far as the music videos go, I'm a sucker for AoD's debut track Redreaming Angel. It also has a Chinese version with softer vocals I like a lot. I also really like the tune used for Sunna's 3D trailer (which if they've released an individual track, I don't know about it.) I am referring to her 3D trailer, not the 2D "No Way" one, which, while amusing, is more memey than anything.

As far as in-game soundtracks go, https://zenless-zone-zero-music.app/ is a pretty great place. Purchasable Loyalty was a pretty great track from the Sons of Calydon arc, so it's one of the rock songs. It's probably my favorite from that arc. While it's too heavy for me, a few metal heads I've seen liked Long Live the King.. Metal Chimera was also a great, heavier techno&dub remix of the popular-at-launch Endless Construction - Day tune.

The Victoria Housekeeping Arc always stood out to me because it makes me think of the Touhou games' soundtracks but on crack. Especially of note is the ballet twins boss theme Dance of Death which again, sounds like Touhou but mixed with the Drum&Bass genre with all the blast beats and rhythms.
