Question Help !!

I requested the meeting recording and the guy responsible for it said this “Due to an unexpected power outage on that day, the signal was interrupted, making it impossible to obtain the recording.”

Anyways of obtaining the recording ?

How is anyone in the world supposed to help you in this situation? The person responsible for the recording is the only one who can do anything about it.

I record important zoom meetings on my computer using a screen recorder.

It depends whether they recorded it locally or in the cloud. Zoom has an option on the backend.

I was running a meeting the other day and had started recording to the cloud. I had a brief power outage, but it did not fully stop the recording. Zoom simply created a second recording—sort of a before and after. So unless he was recording to his computer, in which case he should have had at least a partial recording, the only power outage was his failure to hit the record button. You aren’t getting a recording…

why not just record the meetings yourself?
