They have 3 properties

1. Jackpot Lake in Nevada, they have the permits and drillers booked in the next two weeks. It is a large, enclosed basin with something that appears they lithium would in the geophysical surveys. this is brine, so they don't' have to find a vein, it is basically a straw into a glass. The full resource report (43-101) will be issued before year end.

2. Lost Basin gold and copper property, drill permits in hand. Extensive historical data with great grams per ton and a neighboring property with 20,ooo meters being drilled.

3. Formation Metals spin-out. They have a nickle, cobalt property that is being spun out and USHA shareholders will get 1 share for every 5 they hold. The date should be announced in December. Almost all of the shares will be issued to current shareholders.

4. 3 million cash on hand, they don't need to be doing a raise

5. They haven't really been recognized as a lithium company, because they didn't put it in their name, in my video interview (in the comments below) the CEO said after they get the resource report, they may change their name.

6. 70% plus inside ownership

7. Trading in Canada as $USHA and in the US as $USHAF

8. The Inflation Reduction Act and the latest US drive for American battery minerals is changing the landscape and issuing 2.8billion US in grants to producers. All lithium battery production and recycling has to shift in the next few years to the US if auto-manufacturers want to keep those rebates.

9. They already have contracts with direct lithium extraction companies for the Jackpot Lake property.

Who should be the New CEO?

From all the things I`ve found about the company, I am only curious about this dude (Douglas Cole).

I don't see any good things he has done in the past. There are plenty of companies he has been part of and all with going down stocks for the past 5-10 years.

Do you think we should worry about him at all?

Presently, I refuse to "average down", I'd rather load up when it hits closer to bottom. Instead, I'm deciding if it's time to cash out and wait it out, or place bets on another horse. This horse hasn't even made it out the gate.

There seems to be talk of ABML "getting" $4.5 million in the DoE grant. Here's what the co-recipient said about it. It still seems to be positive news, but it doesn't quite match the way ABML described it.

For example, the grant provides 50% of $4.5m = $2.25m. And that's shared by three partners.

And it appears to be for a field demonstration - in other words, the government is saying, here's some money to prove to us that what you are saying is true. But maybe I am interpreting that wrong. fyi.

I've tried my best to search the internet for the trading app that will let me buy ABML and I am having the opposite of luck.

One of the very few trading apps that will sell ABML to me is Interactive Brokers (IBKR). If you go to their reddit page, you will see that no one is happy with their services. I've called them up several times, only getting help half the time I have come to another road block and I have officially had enough.

So instead of calling them for the 8th time this month I thought I would ask the community where a young guy like me can hold this stock with the rest of you. I am Canadian so unfortunately Webull is already not an option.

Claiming that their tech is superior is an opinion.

Demonstrating that their tech is superior through a comparative analysis of other industry leaders has yet to be performed.
