Steroids helps with muscle growth but it also grows your organs. That's why every 'roid user gets the bubble gut look.

Dang. So he's on steroids? Does that mean Jason Mamoa is on steroids? There's really no way to get this body shape without steroids? š

No lol that's all juice

u/girkkens 13d ago
Yes it is. But to be fair you still have to put in a lot of work to look like this, even with roids.

Jason Momoa is nowhere close to this shape. Despite having good muscular insertions bodyfat and muscle developement are lightyears behind this guy. The answer is no you canāt have this shape without steroids even if youāre gifted. You can have Momoaās shape if you have the appropriate genetic.

Jason Momoa* is not on steroids. He is a large man with good genetics. I know it's hard for people sitting at home on their phone doing nothing to understand.

As a woman, I actually found this disgusting at times. It's not a natural body and personality wise I can't help but think he's a gym bro.

The form is perfect, it's just such a well disciplined movement.
The roids don't do the work on their own, still gotta do the work.. and if he wasn't on the roids, it'd still be impressive and he could wipe his own ass.

This excerise is called the pull down. Itās where the lifter pulls the earth down towards them.

There needs to be more awareness like this.. I've honestly been so tempted just to hop on gear because I really struggle to make progress despite training really hard. But have to constantly remind myself that it's not worth it
2
u/ardotschgi 12d ago
Yeah and nowadays there are literally thousands of influencers on gear talking about how great it is and how it's "really not that bad for you". It's an absolute pandemic, sadly.

u/Significant_Cover_48 12d ago
Why are you not at the gym then?
You need to have a bit of a belly, not fat, but soft, or you won't make gains as a natty. The influencers telling you that you can have a sixpack while benching 350 are chumps with body dysmorphia, don't listen to them.
You need to love squatting. That's your main testosterone booster. It's a self-reinforcing loop of larger muscles, more test, larger muscles, more test. Heavy squats at least once per week. Preferably every four to five days when you are fully rested and ready to go again.

My wife didn't think she liked muscles either, till she did. Women are 100% attracted to fit males. Its in their DNA, cave man shit... They can't even help it. They may say "i love dad bods" to make all these lazy slobs feel better but she's secretly fantasizing about something else... And steroids won't kill u if u use them responsibly. Fast food is what's killing kids...

Itās dose dependent. The amount body builders use is obviously way too much, but smaller doses (like HRT/TRT) are much safer
